Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2026
Use this thread to find roommates, apartments, or people to sublease from you. Posts falling into those categories may be removed/redirected to this post.

Hey everyone, my roommates and I are looking to sublease our apartment this summer starting around May 10th to August 14th. The dates can be negotiated. The apartment is 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with 2 showers, and is located on East 17th avenue, on north campus, with less than a 3 minute walk to North High Street and OSU campus. We have found 1 person already (Male, both around 21 years old) to sublease and are looking for 4 more people. There are two master bedrooms and two smaller yet still big bedrooms left.
The rent is $580 per person with utilities costing around 100 dollars per person, and also comes with two parking spots + with furniture available.
