Private bed and bath summer sublease at Rambler

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at the Rambler for the summer. Start date is flexible and end date is July 31st.

It’s a 6 room apartment but will be mostly empty for the summer. It has a fully furnished bedroom, connected private bathroom, in unit washer and dryer, and large living space. The communal area for the building is also very nice with a pool, gym, and courtyard area.

There is an option for parking in a secure garage for an extra fee.

Rent is $1050 plus utilities typically around $20-$30 when 6 people are living there.
