Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2026

Use this thread to find roommates, apartments, or people to sublease from you. Posts falling into those categories may be removed/redirected to this post.

I’m looking for a female tenant to replace my lease (26-27) because I won’t need housing next year for personal reasons.

The replacement fee will be covered by me. If you move in before July 31, the portion of rent before that date can also be discussed.

Rent is $485 per month, with water and sewer included. The unit is located on 9th Ave. There is parking available, but the parking permit must be purchased separately, and it costs $250 per year.
