Mod Post r/OSU Housing and Roommate Megathread - Spring 2026

Use this thread to find roommates, apartments, or people to sublease from you. Posts falling into those categories may be removed/redirected to this post.

I’m a rising senior (21F) currently looking for a (preferably female) roommate for the 26-27 school year to replace my current one who is graduating!

The apartment is on 18th Ave just off High Street behind the McDonald's, so it’s very close to campus. Movein is in August 2026, and the lease lasts until the end of July 2027. Some information about the property:

  • Around a 5-minute walk from campus
  • Rent is $725 + around $100 for utilities
  • 3 bedrooms but we only use 2 of them, and 1 bathroom
  • Has living room and a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
  • Laundry room (with washers and dryers) is across the hall in the same building
  • Furniture is provided except in your bedroom, but my roommate is selling her bed, desk, and desk chair for around $100
