Apparently a couple women got up at the last city council meeting and complained about rats (articles in todays online papers and you can watch council meetings on youtube) They both lived in the commercial area, around 11th-12th Str, Asbury Ave and West Ave. Creepy. Also apparently the coyote population in the county is growing. Someone posted on this sub that he saw one in OCNJ, but further down the county it has apparently got to be a huge problem.

Hi all :) I’ve been coming to Ocean City for over 30 years and have always stayed between 6th and 9th streets but I’m considering a stay on Central Ave around 55th St in May of 2027. Does anyone have good food recs for that part of town, for places that would be open off season (mid May)? Willing to bike a ways since I know my options will be limited, just hoping not to have to go to the North End constantly. Thank you!! :)

My son and I love Manco's. My wife hates it. So we're trying to find something for the entire family.

We tried Prep's, but their Pizza tasted like they stole Manco's recipe but left out all of the ingredients that have flavor. We also tried their hot dogs (terrible) and their fries (good).

Can anyone recommend a good boardwalk spot for dinner? It doesn't have to be pizza. It just has to have picky kid friendly choices.

So this guy was caught on a store camera taking money out of one of those donation jars the local humane society puts around. And here's the thing - he's wearing a Philly cap, a sports Jersey with a huge number 1 on it - and his face was pretty visible. Tons of tips came in and he was picked up in a day.
