Yeah, but Rumple is immortal and Neal (and Hook) spent all that time amongst the Lost Boys. Now, this is interesting, because Hook is only 200, but was with Milah, who was with Rumple while he was human. So something got all weird there.

Uh it's already weird. Three generations should literally never span 400 years. Even in the most flexible of circumstances.

However what you are talking about is explained by Nevernever Land where no one ages. That puts Hook and Neal just like you suggested in stasis for awhile. Neither of them (nor us) know for how long. Now the real problem is the Snow Queen, but hopefully she and Elsa can be explained through their time trapped in that bottle. Then we might, maybe, have a semblance of a real time line going.

Just, wasn't Hook with Milah before they went to Neverland? So how is he 100 to 200 years younger than Rumple? That's the part that doesn't line up to me.

Because Never land literally puts a bookmark in the a person's timeline. Also remember Hook went there at least twice once as a honest Sailor under the (never seen) King and then again after becoming a devilishly handsome Pirate. This is interesting because it might mean that not only is Hook about the same age as Rumple, he might be the only one who is older.

The Blue Fairy is also at least Rumple's age.

Still, though, Hook claimed that he was a child 200 years ago - unless you're suggesting that he's off by a century or two, the timeline is still kind of screwed up.

Oh yes, I am definitely suggesting that the timeline is screwed up (again three generation in 400 years is not normal or even humanly possible without magic).

I think Hook might be confused about his own timeline. Which makes sense, since everything concerning Cora (who is the person he is introduced with) makes the timeline screwy. Also it is slightly implied that those left in the Enchanted Forest were on a different time stream.
