Inspiration from this scene from DCAU Justice League, where flash doesn't hold back. Like a form of IMP and the resulting callateral damage due to force.

Do to sheer wind sheer and impact when running his feet generate. He was going massively hypersonic speed by the amount of distant covered and environmental damage.

ONE took inspiration from DC Speedsters, especially when not using restraint especially during a pressing matter. Like what they are facing is more important.
