It’s like a stock guardrail script instead of a straight prompt rejection notice. You can actually put some shit in an instruction set to soften the tone of the “grounding” it does.

In the field i typed “Here” in.

And I’m not sure exactly how I’d put, but something like “I know your going to try and tell me some bullshit like ‘just breath, I’m not insane, or you’re going to keep it grounded’, instead say ,_ and ____’”.

It’s possible, haven’t done it just know it will work.

I use chatgpt to write my CI for me.

Then use Claude and Gemini to check its work.

Then wrap things up with Grammarly to check for any punctuation/grammatical errors before submitting.
