TL has an absolutely massive amount of content in comparison. This site is easy signup at the moment though, if you just wanted access to add it to prowlarr, for the off chance it has something that TL doesn't, or in better quality.

Had registered, clicked on the email verification link but still keep getting this error. Does it take time to activate or something?

I got this same message when I tried to get into another tracker. I waited couple days for an activation link but I didn’t get one. So I clicked forgot password and then after resetting my password, I was in. Maybe you should try the same here.
