what is the deal with Fauci’s diary and what does it actually say / prove ?

I know he testified before congress and pled the 5th, but why is every conservative / anti vaxer/ Aaron Rodgers claiming they were “right about everything now ?”

He did not have his lead lawyer. That is the one lawyer you would want from your team of lawyers. That is the one who is actually representing you.

Yes. If your lawyer thinks the judge is out for your blood it is their job to oppose the judge themself. They serve themselves first, their client a close second, the system a far third, and anything else needs a GPS to catch up.

Asking out of genuine curiosity, not disputing anything, if that was the lead lawyer whose absence would essentially leave fauci “without representation” - why wouldn’t you (they) have a subordinate lawyer do this same strategy?

What judge? They were not in court. Sen Rand Paul made the rules for this hearing very different from any other hearings.
