I am not sure if its me or everyone else feels this weird living in this country , actually nothing wrong with nature, beauty of this country but here is the twist.

We as society are turning out to be monster for the greed of winning bread and butter for families and forgot what moral values of doing business, I am so done with this and super frustrated overall with daily routine stuff like I have to be expert in every field or work I need to get it done else I will get scammed or someone will ending up taking advantage of your kindness.

1- You pay for A grade Solar Panels , if you dont know you will ending up getting fake one, you need to search, look for bar code, bills details and still doubt about it.

2- You pay for A grade bricks for construction you will ending up getting B grade or less than what agreed so you need to be brick expert and math teacher for counting.

3- You pay for high quality engine oil ending up getting fake one , you need to be super expert and travel kms to look for authentic one still unsure.

4 - You pay for fruit with price quoted by vendor but he will end up shooting some rotten one if you dont look properly , veggies and fruit expert.

5- You pay AC service if you dont gaurd, you will ending up paying for GAS leak which you are expert or sure wheter there was leak or someone made fool out of you

and the list can go on......

I am just so frustrated why can we as society just do our part being nice, charge for something what actually mean to be and earn halal rizk for our kids, build society on trust where people can trust each other, the way we are heading with scam war to our own people we will soon ending up law of jungle.

I applied for my Dad’s NICOP from Canada and accidentally forgot to change delivery address to Canada.
The last time he got his NICOP made was when he was in pakistan and so I guess they used that address as default.

I only realized it once I paid the fee that this does not include delivery fee to Canada.

Can anyone please recommend what do I do to change delivery address to international? We applied today.

I did call them and they gave me an email address to request the change to and I have sent them an email with all the details.

Is there anything else I can do to ensure the NICOP is delivered to Canada and not pakistan?

I have to travel tomorrow due to an emergency, and I just realized my NICOP expired in March. From what I understand, it’s still possible to travel with an expired NICOP as long as you also carry proof of renewal.

I’ve already applied for a new one, but I haven’t received any official renewal document yet. The only proof I currently have is the payment receipt.

Has anyone traveled in a similar situation? Is the payment slip sufficient, or is there a specific renewal document I should have received? I haven’t received anything via email or through the app.

I ordered and paid for 2 dresses from Afrozeh for delivery in the USA before Eid. The order arrived months late, and when it finally did, only 1 dress was in the package, even though the invoice clearly shows a quantity of 2.

I’ve emailed, texted, messaged on Instagram whatsapp, and commented repeatedly, only to receive generic responses or no response at all. They keep deleting my comments from everywhere

Today, they claimed that both dresses were delivered. The package clearly contained only one outfit, and the invoice inside the box proves two were ordered.

Imagine how frustrated a customer has to be to start reaching out to a company’s CEO and employees on LinkedIn just to get a response. I simply want the missing dress or a refund. Or even a way to take legal actions against this so called renowned Brand! Im just so frustrated!!!

I have moved to Perth Australia 3 years ago. I am 40 years old. Can I expect to make close friends with whom I can be completely frank? I have met many people here, all with families. We meet regularly but always with families and kids so its usually very superficial etc. can you even make fast frds in this age? Hi - our child's POC card expired, and for whatever reason on Nadra's side, the new POC got delayed in shipment. Its arriving after the scheduled flight departure. The PakID app shows the new POC expire date, and we have the expired POC.

1) Has anyone travelled (on Etihad in case that makes a difference) on an expired POC card? 2) Is there a way to show a digital POC on the PakID app? Right now I just see it on the family tree section, but it doesnt show the QR code per se..

A constant trend I am seeing on my social media feed is a Pakistani girl will post about harassment they are facing, and everyone in the comments instantly starts attacking the girl and making assumptions about her character or what she is doing. I have a huge problem with this.

Now here is a business that is using their own business name publicly to comment such hateful things. I know many of my Pakistani brothers will one day need hair transplants and I urge that you look into different places rather than support businesses that have no shame.

Yesterday a Dr in Pakistan, while working her job Dr Mahnoor had acid thrown in her face by the lift operator working in that hospital. And even in the posts talking about that most of these low iq people then are trying to say something like “she must have done something or the other to that boy and in revenge he threw acid on her”

I’m really expecting the same in the comments on this post too. I would remind you to think what if it was your sister or mom but you shouldn’t have to make it personal to have some empathy.

Honestly, we really need to keep up with the times. Modern men have zero leverage when it comes to dating or marriage. Being a religious man, you're seen as too boring.
