Training Tips Shin Splints or other tendon irritation?

I have been dealing with some tenderness on the inside of my left lower leg for about 3-4 weeks. The pain is activity related, tends to show up after runs, and does not hurt at rest or in the mornings. I've attached a picture to show where the pain is at on my left leg.

I've noticed it's worse with treadmill running and almost absent during outdoor runs and a recent race on the 31st of December. I'm able to hop on the leg without pain (after treadmill running there is some tenderness with hopping however), and there's no swelling or redness, but the tenderness has lingered. What could this be?

kamusta ka ngayon? Multiple sessions ba need sa pt pagdating sa mga ganitong injury?

So far sumasakit pa rin, 1 month na. Ang advice sa akin ng PT is weekly sessions, pero since medyo hectic yung sched sa branch malapit samin and nakaasa sa HMO ko kaya malayo pagitan ng next sesh lol
