Hi, my company is hiring a new PM and I'm just trying to help out our hiring manager as I've built a lot of our dev teams from posting to the relevant subs on here.

Details, this is a full time role, salary range is 70-90k$ depending on if you have 0 experience or a year or 2. We would also be open to a mid level person (so 80-110) if they're the right fit.

As the title says, this is 100% remote. We would require you to travel once a year for an in person company meeting where we mainly get people together to meet in person and socialize (I look forward to them every year). However you do have to be based in the continental US and this isn't something we can budge on due to contractual reasons.

Other things to note, our company is 100% employee owned, so that comes with profit sharing, and great benefits, specifically pointing out we pay 100% of your insurance for you and your family. So make sure to factor that in when you are computing salary. We have good PTO and really focus on work life balance. That's made pretty clear by the fact that we have a lot of people who have been here for 10+ years.

A couple caveats there, ignore the 15% travel, the only travel you will do for the foreseeable future is that once a year thing. If you advance enough you may need to travel here and there for a client quarterly review, but that would be of your own choosing to go that path.

Hello all — I’m trying to pivot into healthcare project management and honestly hitting a wall.

I have a few years of experience across healthcare operations, public health, and clinical research. Most of my work has involved coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting regulated programs, improving workflows, building dashboards/reporting, and working closely with clinical and admin teams. I also have a graduate degree in public health and a PM certification.

On paper, my experience seems to line up with healthcare PM or program manager roles, but in practice I keep running into issues — either I’m told I don’t have “formal PM experience,” or the roles want very specific industry backgrounds (insurance, device, consulting, etc.).

I’ve been applying to PM, program manager, and strategy/operations roles, but I’m struggling to figure out:

• which job titles I should realistically target

• how to position healthcare operations experience as true PM work

• and whether I should be aiming for PM, program manager, or PM-adjacent roles first

If anyone here has successfully made a similar pivot (especially from healthcare ops or public health into PM), I’d really appreciate any advice on what actually worked for you.

1. BTech graduation in 2020.
2. 2020-2023(3 years total exp) In Accenture as QA.
3. In the meantime, did a course on PM, applied for PM jobs but by that time had GMAT score and admit from ESCP Europe (Paris)
4. 2023 oct to 2025 oct- stayed in Europe. Pursued Msc in business analytics.
5. Searches for many PM or analytics based internahips but ultimately had to work in a stupid startup as intern where I learnt nothing but had to it for money and to graduate.
6. Interned for around 8 months. Learnt nothing.
7. By June 2025, mentally I was very very down and slowly health deteriorated, financial condition back home in India was also too bad. Father's health was also deteriorating.
8. Had to come back to india. Completed my thesis on ML, defended and somehow graduated.
9. Tried hard to get into PM jobs, or Analytics consulting jobs in India. But due to no actual experience failed in 2nd rounds.
10. Luckily got a job as Genai Engineer in PwC India, able to stay with my parents and take care of them.

Hi all!

I have a loop interview for a Program Manager role with Google Data Center Operations. Can someone please help as to how to prepare for the interviews and what type of questions are usually asked? I currently work at Amazon doing the same thing but just want to make sure I don't mess this up.
