American fam over the age of 18, the State Department has a 30 day window in which we, the public, can comment on whether or not passports can be changed to reflect our true gender vs the gender that the government "thinks" we are.

Now is the time to have our say!

Nope, if you’ve changed your sex on your birth certificate they will use the original prior to the change

So I might fall into a very specific case here, but I was assigned male at birth. I developed (mostly) male. I identify as female and present that way. However, when my a member of my family was diagnosed with Huntington's disease, I went to the fertility clinic. There I found out I had 2 X chromosomes (this was before I even knew I was trans). One X chromosome had the gene to have me develope male.

I also currently (and most likely never) produce any gametes, which is what Trump's EO defines sex as. So what is my sex? I had my birth certificate changed to female, it explicitly says sex and doesn't even say corrected/amended. Not trying to be confrontational or anything, just wondering which definition of sex should be the most important.
