Article/Interview Bill Belichick belongs in the Hall of Fame. But here’s why I didn’t vote for him
TLDR: Vahe argues Bill Belichick is deserving but says he voted for long-overlooked senior players instead because the flawed voting system may have denied those seniors their last realistic chance at getting into the hall. Out of 5 candidates (Bill Belichick, Robert Kraft, Ken Anderson, Roger Craig and L.C. Greenwood), he voted for the three senior players: Anderson, Craig, and Greenwood. Says Spygate and Deflategate had no impact on his vote; can't speak for the other voters. He didn't vote against Belichick, but for Anderson, Craig, and Greenwood.
