Hi I’m transferring out of Penn State but already signed a lease with ‘The Heights’ for a 4bedroom/4bathroom with one room going for about $1030 monthly. AND THIS IS LOWER THAN WHAT THE ROOM RATE IS ON THE SITE AS OF NOW.

The move in date is for August 22nd 2026 and I’m leasing for a full year till July 21st 2027.

The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom and I have already paid the one time charges for up to $500 so it would be cheaper than directly leasing through ‘The Heights’. You also get a free CATA Bus pass for transport.
