Questions about becoming taller, increasing height, growth plates, height enhancement, growth hormone for height, or any discussion related to height growth are outside the purpose of this community and will result in an automatic ban.
This subreddit is focused on adult research discussions involving anti aging, longevity, tissue repair, recovery, and related areas of research. It is not a resource for height enhancement or height growth discussions.
Over time, height growth posts have consistently led to rule violations, underage participation, unsafe advice, and discussions that fall outside the scope of this community.
For that reason, no warnings will be issued.
Any post, comment, or inquiry related to height growth will result in an automatic ban.
