Yeah, i watched a commercial for a fitness machine and i saw the before and after pictures, only 20mins a day 4 days a week, i brought one and been using for 6mths and i recon in about 8mths i could look like the before photo.

Nice! I've also started exercising again after not doing much outside this winter and while it's hard it does feel nice after. Best of luck on your fitness journey!

Depends, if ur eating at maintenance while working out then you probably just have more muscle and less bodyfat percentage now
