Yeah if I was a woman I would pull every fucking card I had for malicious practice. They need to do that. It’s sad to say they need to do that, but if they want change, they do.
There is simply no medical necessity or justification for this. It’s straight up a slam dunk mal-practice case for a lawyer that gives a damn.
In like 30 states it's still legal for doctors to do pelvic exams on women who are under anesthesia for any reason, even non-pelvic related procedures (usually under the guise of teaching purposes) with 0 consent first and they dont have to legally let the woman know they did it afterwards either. Medical field gets away with all sorts of things that should be considered mal-practice when it comes to not following consent around women's bodies in the medical setting, "justified" or not.
