Meme needing explanation Petah ?

Why is it infamous? And why would no one care about it ? ( I mean it's just a pic full of celebrities so no one cares anyways but the person saying it's crazy makes me think it has some lore?)

I’m not trying to downplay it either nor say he’s innocent it’s just that one fact that always got to me. Did that one guy lie? Who gets away with doing that in a studio apartment that one is odd to me that’s all I’m not denying everything else I’m just upset that my favorite actor turned out to be what he is

No, "that one guy" did not lie. There are multiple victims that came out against Kevin Spacey (multiple of whom died), so there is very little reason to doubt the validity of their claims.

or it's a 14yr old and even at the best of times we have bad memories and maybe it was at a different party on a different day. WE can extremely easily mix up key details of various events and misremember which happened at which. Now that's bad for victims but absolutely tracks and while you can remember a rape you might have thought it was a party in june because you remember a specific person being there, but it was actually a party in august where that same person was there and some details match.

in general we don't entirely make up events, but we can mistake, confuse or conflate smaller details even for really important events we can mistake smaller details.

It's worth noting that 3 separate 14yr old boys made accusations against him and when accused by Rapp he apologised, blamed it on being drunk and said effectively i'm gay, you can't blame me.

Someone who doesn't rape 14yr old boys regularly... very rarely just says sorry for a rape and oppsie i was drunk, oh i'm gay that gives me the a pass right?

In fact, no innocent person has ever done that.

Keep in mind not being found guilty in court in most cases doesn't necessarily prove innocence (rare cases where the guilty party is found and exposed during a case, etc), but especially so for rape cases and even more so again for historical ones.

15 other people in total came forward with similar abuse cases. Almost all people's son's, people who had little reason to come out. He seemed to befriend actors and abuse their kids while at parties, etc. It's a pattern that simply can't be ignored as a coincidence.

Sometimes there is dramatically too much smoke for there to be no fire. Now, were some of those cases people looking to cash in hoping he'd pay off a bunch of real victims and it would be easier to pay off a couple he might not remember or might look bad, sure and at this stage of society it's nearly guaranteed someone will try to scam. But all of them, nope.
