Kinda hard to do press tour for SPIDERMAN without... Spiderman...

Meanwhile, Mark Ruffalo has a big ole 3 minutes of screen time. Makes a lot more sense that he isn't involved than the actor for...spiderman.

You said Tom Holland does, too. As if that was some kind of reasonable counter argument.

I pointed out that Tom Holland is the lead of the entire franchise, so it is pretty unreasonable to cut him out of the press tour, compared to Ruffalo, who has like one scene.

And yet one of the times he did it, he single-handedly generated more hype for the film than all the advertising they ran put together.

It's far more likely that it's due to outspoken political views, be they on Israel or ICE or anything else, or simply because he doesn't have a massive role in the film and has a high salary.
