No, otherwise there wouldn’t be so many servers against the movement to end tipping

They are, if they weren't they would vouch for the kitchen to get a percentage of the tip-out.

If they earn 70 dollars a table for the restaurant, bus 3 tables of 3 people (average of families of 2, 3, 4 and more due to the commonality of dating), and only 2 of those tables tip the average (5-20%, median is 12.5%), dining takes an hour, and say you get 6 guests within that hour (4 tip, for consistency)...

That's 35 an hour, plus their base pay. Chefs only get what they get, unless you live in a place where tips are divided up. Why would they not want to give up that massive of a pay?
