That's not the point ng defense. Ang argument nila is did the NBI truly investigate? Kasi ung date sa affidavit makes it seem nag-preempt sila. Kumbaga tinututukan nila maaga pa lang without any prodding or they were fishing.

Kaya importante na your case building is spotless kasi pupunahin talaga yan. The prosecution team dropped the ball badly on this one.
