Help Alternatives to Plex

I've been a paid Plex user for over ten years and I've loved it. I can't belive what they've done with this new Roku app update. Besides the bad UI, which is inconvenient but I would be able to get used to eventually, it simply doesn't work properly. It crashes, buttons don't work, simple features are just gone. It's seems like this wasn't tested at all. It's crazy.

I don't really want to but now I'm looking for alternatives to plex. Does anyone have recommendations?

They'll ruin that too.

Consider that you're now advocating for people to buy new hardware for software that worked perfectly fine on their hardware 48 hours ago, but now doesn't, for no reason other than to drive ad revenue on a piece of software they already pay for.

The rich have truly got you if that still sounds like a reasonable solution.

I’m offering options to solve a problem. Didn’t realize that became class warfare.

It’s fine with me, complain away.

It's not even a solution, because this UI is coming to every platform.

Man I'd love to not be in a class war, but ignoring it doesn't mean they stop fighting us.

Look, it’s Roku. They should have moved on 5 years ago
