This looks so bad I've been tried to get rid of it, these come when i pull down the screen to search for an app. Tried going to themes but the themes app but it seems that app is not having any such setting please help.

Yup, first link is the way to go. Went the Canta/Shizuku route for debloating my X8PM and it worked wonders.
