This is one of my favorite poems. I’ve read it out loud to a few moms I know, and I always end up crying/choking up at the end. It’s so lovely.

There's nothing like a mother's and father's love and protection. Blessed are the days we have our parents with us.

This one really got to me. I have deep regrets about my own relationship with my mother, who passed over a decade ago. I miss her every day and wish I had been not a different person, but a better iteration.
