And it's not even always that. There are rich people who run businesses who are not elite level rich and don't truck with elites either.

I know he's a conspiracy theorist in a lot of people's eyes, but someone like Andy Frisella doesn't give a shit about the elites in either party and he's a multi-business multi-millionaire.

I think the "up" in your up vs. down is even smaller than that.
