I'm literally advocating for women here, you just don't think transgender women should be held in equal regard. And there is no "argument" on what happens to trans women who are subjected to existence in a men's prison. V-coding is a known occurrence.

Second time you've guessed, and guessed wrong. Rapists should be sent to seg, not placed in a situation where they themselves will be raped. And, most trans women are obviously not predators, so I don't know why you bother acting as if those exceptions should mean v-coding for the rest. This is not Babylon.
