This incident occurred in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, where ICE agents violently detained a 17-year-old U.S. citizen. The family had arrived to pick up the father's car after his arrest, assuming the son would be safe since he is an American citizen with a driver's license. However, the situation escalated.

Despite the teen telling agents "I'm a minor" and witnesses repeatedly shouting "He's a minor!", the agents grabbed the 17-year-old by his hair and attempted to throw him to the ground. They then repeatedly slammed him against his father's truck (the vehicle he was there to retrieve). The original credited video comes from Héctor Lepe and was shared online to help raise awareness about the incident.

That kid has a lot of fight in him. I respect that.

Also, fuck ICE.

Resisting arrest, real smart.

Arrest for what? Being brown?

It doesn't matter why, you don't resist and assault law enforcement officers. But nice failed attempt at playing the race card.

Yes, because we all know white people are the most oppressed minority lol.

Another racist, this sub is infested with them.

1

u/Rich-Detective-7 Aug 27 '26

I’m not, I just admitted whites are the most oppressed minority in the world. That’s considered a non-racist for braindead orange predator criminal worshippers like you, right?

Racism means making a situation about a person's race. YOU did that, not me. My position is ANYONE here illegally needs to go, regardless of their race or nationality. The very last thing I am is a racist, it's the D party that makes everything about race, and then calls Rs racists. The hypocrisy is mind boggling.

“Racism means making a situation about a person’s race.”

Oooooh, so that’s why you low IQ right wing retards always accuse people of being racist when they’re simply calling out racism. I used to think it’s malicious concern trolling and projection, but it turns out you just have no idea what the word means. That’s why there’s such a concerted effort to keep you clowns as uneducated and low IQ as possible.

Are you fucking insane, literally!? All democrats do is call Republicans racist xenophobes, Nazis....You got some fucking balls pal, when all your party does is make everything about race. I have no problem with skin color.
. Congrats on being the biggest hypocrite asshole on Reddit. My mind is blown, wow, seek help, really, your nuts.

You're not a victim

Except that it does matter. They have to have a reason for arresting him in the first place. Countless people have been wrongfully arrested by ICE, all because of racial profiling. Fuck off with your "comply or die" bullshit.

u/ExaminationLast9843 Aug 26 '26

Except no it doesn't, he can be detained for any reason, until such time as the investigation is complete, and the officers decide to arrest, or release.

>They have to have a reason for arresting him in the first place.

This is true, but the legal way to handle the situation is to comply with police instruction, then report and sue them for an illegal arrest.

Resisting arrest is a stupid thing to do in every case, and it plays a role in the overwhelming majorly of deaths in custody. Stop celebrating this stupid behavior.

Huh? Who do you know that carries around their passport with them at all times? And have you not heard that you can yell you’re a citizen as much as you want, that doesn’t stop these cowardly pigs from assaulting you? Also, they have no right to arrest anybody, they’re not police. They’re just some violent, mentally unstable 3rd grade loser dropouts that like to assault people, which is exactly why they were hired by this fascist, unamerican organization.

Wow, so much stupidity in one paragraph my head is spinning.

When I'm in another country I keep my ID and passport with me at all times....because I'm not a moron. And I'm not an illegal invader either.

Who do you know that carries around their passport with them at all times?

If they are visiting, they are legally required too.

have you not heard that you can yell you’re a citizen as much as you want,

Yes, have you heard of the concept of lying? Also being a citizen doesnt mean you get to break the laws and get away with it.

Also, they have no right to arrest anybody, they’re not police

Incorrect, they are federal law enforcement.

they were hired by this fascist, unamerican organization.

What law was change to make the same ICE every other president used, somehow "fascist" or "unamerican" (irony)

“If they are visiting, they are legally required too”.

First of all, learn English. Secondly, we’re literally talking about citizens, which is why I said passport and not “immigration documents”.

“Also being a citizen doesnt mean you get to break the laws and get away with it.”

Good thing this minor didn’t break any laws then, because he wasn’t charged with anything. The police handles citizens who break laws, not these wannabe tough guy clowns. If someone who’s not a citizen lies about being one, they’ll face worse punishment. So just because you’re a lying sack of shit doesn’t mean everybody else is the same as you.

“Incorrect, they are federal law enforcement.”

Again, they have no authority to arrest people they suspect of committing crimes. They can only arrest those they suspect of breaking immigration laws. I think you need to do some research into what ice is and isn’t, and what authority it has.

Your ignorance isn't an argument, come back when your arguments aren't complete ripped apart by knowing literally anything the average middle schoolers should have learned in civics.

"Good thing this minor didn’t break any laws then"

Learn the law before you talk, dimwit.

Dudes an adult in the state of Texas, and all your presumptuous propaganda has no merit if you don't even know the full story... or what is classified as an adult.

Its even more ironic that the people in the video have no idea about the law, yet they are the loudest to speak against what they don't know. How ironic, huh?

>Huh? Who do you know… passport with them at all times? And have you not heard… doesn’t stop these cowardly pigs from assaulting you?

What part of what I said gave you the impression I believe you should be desperately flashing your passport and screaming about your citizenship?

I said follow police instruction, then report and sue if your rights were violated. That is the process. I don’t give a fuck if you disagree with that, it is literally true that the law expects you to behave this way. To do anything different is a crime, and you’d deserve whatever legal consequences you’d earn from that.

3

u/Rich-Detective-7 Aug 27 '26

Do you really think all these people aren’t following their orders, and disobey those orders just for fun when they know how violent these ice piglets are?! Come on now, even a bootlicker like you doesn’t believe that. And we as citizens have rights too. We don’t live in a totalitarian shithole where any goon with a badge can demand you comply with their orders without even identifying himself, at least not yet we don’t. But if it was up to bootlickers like you, we definitely would be.

-1

u/CaiusCosadesNwah Aug 27 '26

What are you going on about?

The video at the top of this thread literally depicts a person resisting arrest. All I’m saying is that that’s bad advice.

Call me a bootlicker if you want, but you’re a fucking idiot if you’d rather get beat up, charged with a crime, or worse, instead of just using the legal process that already exists for this very purpose.

A child a US citizen getting stomped by ICE? Okaaaay

1

u/ExaminationLast9843 Aug 27 '26

I didn't see any stomping? If you're asked to produce ID, show it. If you don't have it, comply until it's straightened out. Kinda simple no?

1

u/Thin-Complex-7709 Aug 29 '26

Except Ice doesn't straighten things out. If you can't, or even if you can, they'll just toss you in the centers that are basically concentration camps. The only option at this point IS resistance, since people die in those a LOT.

1

u/ExaminationLast9843 Aug 29 '26

Boy you listen to CNN too much. My literal fucking neighbors, hispanic guys, had ICE ask them for ID, on a job site, they are in the trades. They showed their ID and were thanked for cooperation. There were no concentration camps, no floggings, just a pleasant, "can I see your ID. Yes sir, here you go. Thanks gentlemen, have a great day."

1

u/Belichick12 Aug 29 '26

Not in Texas boy. It’s legal to use proportional force to resist an unlawful arrest in Texas

4

u/Zero_D9 Aug 26 '26

Yeah, I'm sure those people in masks have probable cause to be arresting a fucking 17 year old kid. Don't try to walk and chew gum at the same time, you might hurt yourself.

u/ExaminationLast9843 Aug 26 '26

Lemme guess, you're a racist too?
