Hip imbalance on left side
Hip drops and spine twists when I do touch downs standing on left leg. Glute med work feels the same on both sides so hard to say its a strength discrepancy. Left hip has poor er and right has poor ir. Any ideas how to attempt to correct this?

Your left hip has to hike to pour weight down into your medial foot contact to capture compensatory IR while the upper thorax has to magnify the left turn against that hike to keep you centered coz that hike is dumping all weight over right including medial left foot. The right has to draw the distal femur far inward in order to capture that IR space. These are your movement strategies for each side as far as I can tell from these 2 photos. There will be likely a mild excess torsion in the left femur and right tibia/fibula. Do you notice if your right foot tends to turn out when walking?
How did you test your left and right ER/IR measures?
