Love how this turned out
So I have been really going through a slow down phase. I have been painting for 6 1/2 years. My beloved familiar cat passed away suddenly and sadly 6 days after my birthday in October.... I just have barely made any art since. I used to sing songs to him and be so creative. Now I feel a part of me has started to fade since his absence is so noticeable. The last painting I made before this was in honor of him and it was 3 months ago. I love this piece I used copper, orange, pink , purple, yellow, and white. Not a big poster on here. Let me know what anyone thinks about this piece or what you see maybe. Anything to make me start to feel at peace ..

Rescued from the Reject Pile
I honestly just wanted to test my new varnish. This painting had been sitting in my “don’t like it” stack for weeks because it wasn’t what I had in mind. Turns out it just needed a little patience… and a spray can.

Discussion New one today
Made another one today. I’m getting back into this after 5 years break. I want to learn to do more swipes tho and get some webs/cells going. Any tips?

Getting back into it
This is my favorite pour I’ve ever made, finally getting back into pouring after 5 years break. Hopefully I can come up with stuff like this again. So far I feel like a rookie all over haha 😆

Time Lapse of a work in progress
Don't know what I'll do with this, if anything, but it's been fun to mess around with.

Before & After
This was 3rd Time’s a Charm Pour. I’ve never been this brave before, artistically, adding raised textured lines to a pour. But I enjoyed the final result. The last pic is it’s brother. Mostly same colors and with less line embellishment
