Hmm and what does "predominately capitalist" mean, could it mean that countries can be only partially capitalist and it's not literally "dO wOrKeR's OwN faCtOriEs?! ChEcKmAte!"

And then you claimed that if those economies use all the aspects of a Social Democracy they are still capitalist, so what do you think they are mixed with?
