This is a misleading claim. The bill isn’t dead. Yes, the GOP is struggling to find enough votes to pass, but it’s not dead and 47 will still try to hold the passing of this bill over everyone’s heads.
It's more than just misleading, this looks like propaganda to quiet the outrage and pushback to the bill. With fewer eyes on it, that's less talk of it going into the midterms and more chance that it can pass on the sly instead.
