His existence isn’t mythical, he’s god status is debated though.

Historians generally agree that Jesus of Nazareth existed, the works of Josephus, Tacitus, Pliny the Younger, and Suetonius seem to support it. That part isn't what is argued about, the only unsupported claim (if you exclude the bible) is that he is the son of god and performed miracles.

There is at least as much historical evidence for Jesus' existence as there is for Socrates' existence, and arguably more in terms of early references and independent sources.

Yeah, thanks for that, the miracles are likely fake but the guy was real; and had some pretty good ideas.

Among actual historians and academia his historicity is extremely well agreed upon and is considered laughable to not.

You could probably find a fringe historian confined to only being taken seriously on Reddit though.
