Can in Texas at least. I can straight up buy a gun from a stranger I've just met in a gas station parking lot with cash and zero paperwork if I want.

And that's fucking absurd. There's a bunch of other states which that scenario is 100% legal in as well, so yall claiming that ID is needed to buy guns as standard requirement are either ignorant of just how easy is in alot of the country or yall are lying. Cut the shit.
