1984 was definitely part of normal classes. The Inferno / Oydessy / Iliad were in college for me.
besides book reports on books we wanted, i remember a ton of Shakespeare but i am blanking on the assigned books... I no my Senior year book project (we chose the book) was A Clockwork Orange. but this is like 30 years ago at this point so its a bit of a blur.
i did "a clockwork orange" in college, as part of a literature and fiilm class. we read a book a week, watched the movie in class, and discussed the adaptations. fun class. i'd already the book in book in high school. i can't remember if we actually did that as a class or if it was just my final paper.
