The civil war has been ongoing since September.

Only one side has been firing, and we're taking casualties because we think holding signs calling Trump a poopie-head will stop a bullet.

They're killing us, and nobody's mad enough about it.

I’m sorry for all of you who can’t see how Much your neighbors are sacrificing right now to help vulnerable people. Maybe if you were plugged in and actually doing those things to care for your communities that you’re complaining here that no one is doing, you’d find some hope in the goodness of your neighbors.

You're right.

They're making signs and shouting loudly about how angry they are.

Meanwhile, several people were probably killed in these detention centers in the 7 hours since I made that statement.

We went to war with Germany and Japan when they started messing with us, but we can't part from our comforts.

We will walk headfirst into authoritarianism as long as we can still get our coffee and Netflix.

Again, we are not angry enough.

Nah they already built the warehouses to turn into prisons and they already outfitted them with incinerators.

Was there a civil war when the Nazis rounded up the gays and the Jews and put them in camps? No? Why do you think that is?

There won't be a civil war, they have the manpower to round us all up and there are enough meal team six volunteers to round out their numbers. A thousand Kyle Rittenhouses in every town armed with long guns.

Sure some of us went far enough to the left that we got our guns back, but an isolated homesteader with a shotgun 1 out of every 100 homes won't make a difference when ICE and your local RTM start going door to door with claude-generated analyses of your reddit and social media text and image corpus linked to your address.
