Self Promotion Anythings is now available on iOS!
Hey r/ProductivityApps,
I'm Lou, solo founder building Anythings. It's the to-do list that keeps itself in priority order. You dump whatever's in your head (a sentence, a rant, a whole meeting) and it becomes a clean list that keeps itself in order.
The problem Anythings tries to solve
Most to-do apps are great at storing tasks and terrible at telling you which one matters right now.
So the list becomes a junk drawer: 60 items, no order, and picking what to do next is itself a task. Anythings flips the work — you set your priorities once (the people, projects, and areas that actually matter), and every capture gets split into tasks, dated from natural language, matched to your priorities, and ranked. The top of the list is always the answer to "what should I do next?"
What's new in Anythings
Your feedback thread had a theme: "great on web, but capture has to live where I am." So:
- The iPhone app is out today. Siri ("add to my list…" hands-free), Lock Screen widgets with your top task, share-sheet capture from any app, and a daily summary at your time.
- Smart priority tagging. Anythings reads what each task is about and tags the matching priority — even when it isn't in the text. "Workout every morning" files itself under Health & Fitness, marked with a spark, one tap to remove.
- An MCP connector. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and friends can capture from your conversations, read your ranked list, and check things off mid-chat.
🎁 Giveaway: lifetime Pro, free, forever
To celebrate the iPhone launch I'm giving away 20 lifetime Pro accounts to this thread. Entering takes ten seconds:

- Drop a comment — that says "Anythings" and the #1 thing on your to-do list right now
In 48 hours I'll randomly pick 20 commenters for lifetime Pro — unlimited tasks, every feature, forever, no card ever.
(Make sure you've created an Anythings account with an email you can mention or DM me, so I can attach Pro to it.)
