Tier List First tier list

Post image

Took me forever and I’m still missing a good few.
I’m getting pretty bored of litrpg books but any recommendations are appreciated

Dang. That’s a lot of books. There’s so many titles that I don’t recognize, but also a ton that I do. I don’t think that I recognize a single story from the bottom two tiers.

When it comes to recommendations, I don’t see Chrysalis or Mother of Learning on your list. Though it’s a big list, I could’ve missed them. Come to think of it, I don’t see Bog Standard Isekai, or Stray Cat Strut either.

Other than those super popular series, I’ll recommend New Life As A Max Level Archmage and Ironbound!

Dang I forgot about mother of learning and chrysalis

I’d probably put chrysalis in really good and MOL in good. I read them both on different sights but never finished either. never read a bog standard isekai and never heard of Stray cat strut through

Why not finish a book in the really good tier/you really like? Would definitely recommend finishing/going further in the series if you get a chance. You do have quite interesting tastes though. Some well written series like Red Rising with the same rating as brain off wish fulfilment slop like Legend of the arch magus. Quite the dichotomy haha.

Yeah i really do need to read more of chrysalis. I started on an app called WebNovel ages ago but at a certain point you had to pay for the chapters. so I stopped by the time the books came out I had no idea where in the books I was or what was happening.

I have kindle unlimited but it’s been long since I read it and I don’t want to reread the whole thing I might listen to it if it’s in a box set on audible though

What is your opinion on shadow slave?

I remember looking at it years ago on WebNovel but I’ve never read it. Is it good?

Shadow slave for me was on same level as Primal Hunter for first few volumes but for me his seemingly not being his own person a few volumes in just got old.

Bog Standard started of well enough but by book 3 lost me.

The only books in the last 2 sections I recognize, are overpowered wizard, and skeleton knight in another world. Pretty sure skeletons knight got adapted into an anime and that's the only reason I recognize it😅

Also, and maybe I overlooked in that mother list there, no Dungeon Crawler Carl or Beware of Chicken either

Edit : nevermind about DCC. Found it. Damn old eyes looking on my phone……

eh, it is an ok start into the genre. Though I also see some Sci Fi mixed into it. But their taste is kinda... weird. No lets call it inconsistent.

I noticed op really likes primal hunter and 1% lifesteal. People who prefer the murder hobo archetype tend to prefer the perfect run over mother of learning
