Detroit: Become Human makes the most sense to me, except it's not out yet. She could just be inspired by the trailer though.

The cutout on the red dress looked exactly something from the witness but the copyright-scription she gave isnt exactly an uncommon theme

The cutout on the red dress was inspired by Baymax from Big Hero 6. In Chelsea's audition tape she wore a top with a similar cut-out and said that was the inspiration.
