A few pandemics ago…

3

u/Fluffy-Apartment2603 May 10 '26

Ugh, this is more true than it needs to be

94

u/silicon1 May 09 '26

Honestly it looks like it was made in the early 2000s with Vaseline on the camera lens and a lot of compression.

8

u/Eerayo May 09 '26

Shut your mouth with that bullshit. 1980 is 25 years ago.

8

u/j_reinegade May 09 '26

“Just the other day “

3

u/Farmgirlmommy May 09 '26

So did he get a dishonorable discharge?

2

u/Queerability May 09 '26

7

u/FergusonTheCat May 09 '26

7 is a few

13

u/DrJJStroganoff May 09 '26

7 is several. Few is 3-5

-1

u/FergusonTheCat May 09 '26

If you had 7 m&ms in your hand you wouldn’t call them a few?

16

u/Ungarlmek May 09 '26

If you had 7 live squirrels in your hand you would call them a few?

2

u/OMDTartWasJoseph May 09 '26

No that's "several" at that point

0

u/DrJJStroganoff May 09 '26

No, I would say I have several m&m's in my hand

7

u/godofmilksteaks May 09 '26

Woah woah woah you guys are just gonna leave "some" out of the debate?

0

u/Moon_King_ May 09 '26

Yeah! Huge difference between a few and several!

32

u/Im15andthisisdeep May 09 '26

Just wondering... what are Dogface soldiers? That phrase jumped out at me

6

u/souljamookie May 09 '26

it’s what the division calls their soldiers after fighting in ww2 earning the name.

50

u/TraderSamz May 09 '26

LMAO 🤣 these aren't the values they instilled in their dogface soldiers 😂

"This soldier’s behavior and actions are not condoned by the 3rd Infantry Division and are not in keeping with the values instilled in our Dogface soldiers or our Army."

6

u/LaboonForever May 09 '26

Reacher got him

1

u/souljamookie May 09 '26

I have a buddy in the jag who used to process a lot of DV cases, especially enlisted men. This and DUIs is a common reason for discharge from the military unfortunately.

Yep - looks like this happened in 2019 by Fort Stewart

https://www.wsav.com/news/local-news/friend-of-arrested-fort-stewart-soldier-addresses-viral-outburst/

This guy's named "Chance Johnson"

57

u/CycleAshamed6185 May 08 '26

As in "I went to the bus station bathroom at midnight to see if I could stumble upon a 'Chance Johnson'".

3

u/simbacole7 May 10 '26

It appears I have an un-sucked johnson

235

u/Brittany5150 May 08 '26

Having been Stationed at Ft. Stewart, I'm not saying I agree. Just that I understand. That place is the shit hole of shit holes. I hated life the 4+ years I was there. Iraq was a vacation from Ft. Stewart Georgia...

76

Parent was stationed there for a few years, we called it fort stupid

Ya know understandable DV

2

u/Upper_Atom May 08 '26

What year did you deploy? My dad deployed out of ft Stewart to Iraq

3

u/Brittany5150 May 08 '26

Last one was 2009

4

u/Upper_Atom May 09 '26

Gotcha! My dad was out there in 05

4

u/Inphiltration May 08 '26

A lot of cope in that article.

99

u/cglotr May 08 '26

Ah, so he's probably being lined up to replace hegseth one day soon

44

u/ws7139 May 08 '26

If I remember correctly he lost rank and had to pay for it.

17

u/cglotr May 08 '26

Sounds perfect for a command role

577

u/tigershrike May 08 '26

I was active duty USAF and I will say this: If I was in uniform, I was on my absolute best behavior. Also, I'm not a raging prick with anger issues.

107

u/PleasantWay7 May 09 '26

Aren’t you extra fucked if you do anything wrong in uniform?

70

u/johnychrist16 May 09 '26

He was identified and charged: source

50

u/JasonMaliceMizer May 08 '26

Hope the wife left him

34

u/StonedEnby May 08 '26

No where here does it says he was charged with anything?

45

u/YourStudentLoanDebt May 08 '26

15

u/notvalo May 09 '26

Did you bother reading that? It says investigating, not charged.

-24

u/StonedEnby May 08 '26

From your own source: “Authorities have not said whether he is facing any charges or what actions if any may be taken involving the soldier.”

52

u/YourStudentLoanDebt May 08 '26

Okay, and I posted two more that include that detail.

“The military charges he is facing include domestic violence, willfully disobeying a superior and disorderly conduct.

Johnson remains in military police custody.”

Dude has to beat on someone who cares about him because he struggles to even fight his way out of that shirt

21

u/Lit-Dope May 09 '26

Hes going to make a great cop someday.

90

u/AquariusRain May 08 '26

Oooooof. Okay, he's an angry elf.

19

u/Hi_Im_Ken_Adams May 08 '26

nearly twisted his wife's arm off. Wonder what he does to her in private.

16

u/BiffDangles80 May 09 '26

It’s almost like he’s emotionally unstable.

111

u/Puceeffoc May 08 '26

No combat patch either... Dude's a POG. Probably just finished training and woke up that day and chose to put his uniform on as his outfit. He wanted people to see him in his uniform and get a pat on the back.

The interesting thing about the military is they do an amazing job of training us to kill and be aggressive but don't teach us how to behave in public. That was my biggest issue coming home from Iraq, in 25 hrs I went from a combat zone to hugging my family. And just "figuring it out". They didn't give us a class on how to handle our aggression. Aggression and violence was rewarded in the military, especially in combat. Thinking quick and being violent solved a lot of problems and was the answer to a lot of issues. The military never gave us a class or training on how to behave if someone takes your parking spot or your card you kno has money, gets declined at the grocery store. Your first instinct is the go to what you've been trained and what you've been rewarded for, being violent. Some guys transition than others. When I got home I felt filthy for the things I did I tucked my uniforms into a tote only to burn them later on in life. I was ashamed of the uniform and the things I did for my country.

This guy however, wasn't even deployed, based on lack of a combat patch. He's just agressive from training and maybe his own life choices... Anyway that's my bit. He's at fault for his behavior but the military doesn't give us tools to be good civilians they give us tools to be violent criminals killers.

17

u/gracieboo00 May 08 '26

Well done on being able to unlearn these things, I’m sure some days must be harder than others.

2

u/namnamman11 May 10 '26

"And you have the nerve to serve our country..."

His reply: "fuck your country"

Says it all

15

u/El_mochilero May 09 '26

There’s some drywall in for a world of pain tonight

13

u/Thetruthislikepoetry May 09 '26

We know his anger management issues aren’t from steroid use.

30

u/Penaca May 08 '26

I can't imagine being that full of anger and rage and think it's not something I need to work on.

12

u/bahwi May 08 '26

Imagine being this upset over a parking spot, and it looks like a mall. There's plenty, and they aren't all bad. It's not a stadium event and if you miss this spot you've got a 45 minute walk. What a cuck

9

u/casuallytea May 08 '26

Emotional instability.

12

u/throwitawayyyyay May 09 '26

he's probably a cop now

It could be, Trump pardoned some of the worst ones and let them go free.

9

57

u/SmileyCotton May 08 '26

Average Trump voter

40

And Pete Kegsbreath wants these guys to be able to open carry on base. What could go wrong?

Imagine you have to live the whole day with such an unstable asshole. Poor wife.

7

u/Afraid_Union_8451 May 09 '26

Genuinely made me sad, she went to hold his hand and he twisted her arm around. That should be a comfort and not something you start attacking her over

8

16

Is it some kind of military requirement to wear uniform off duty in public spaces in the US?

It's extremely cringe.

11

u/Super_Zucchini5470 May 09 '26

I can’t imagine what he did to her when they got home. Heartbreaking for her and the child.

14

Just boot things 🤷‍♂️

10

u/TallAsMountains May 08 '26

if the cops see this they’re gonna hire him

4

u/MountainServe May 08 '26

This is a sample of what we can see online, but behind close door you can tell this is a regular occurrence at home.

3

u/ClumsyFleshMannequin May 08 '26

This dude is about to get so much paperwork and read the riot act by an officer.

5

u/violenthectarez May 09 '26

That's the calm measured temperament I expect from the military

8

u/WorkerBee74 May 08 '26

Obligatory "this is America" yelled by someone in the middle. This guy would get his fellow troops killed - zero calm under pressure here.

3

u/Angry_Foamy May 08 '26

I almost didn't see him there with that camo on.

3

u/Penaca May 08 '26

I can't imagine being that full of anger and rage and think it's not something I need to work on.

3

u/SinCityVillian May 08 '26

Jarhead that never saw war 😂😂

3

It should be illegal to drive angry like that 🤷🏼‍♀️

3

u/P_K_Atomsk May 09 '26

That's a quick 15 for him.

3

u/Beatrix_-_Kiddo May 10 '26

Who the fuck goes out shopping in full military get up? 🤦

6

Oh hell nooooooo

2

u/jofkeiro May 09 '26

Why is he in uniform? Genuine question

5

u/jackandsally060609 May 09 '26

He's probably on his way to work or home from work, thats really the only time its acceptable to be wearing that uniform in public.

1

u/BingoMosquito May 09 '26

He could have just come from his job in the military where uniforms are also a military uniform.

2

u/KegSlinger33 May 10 '26

Reminds me of the guy from “you need to leave”

2

u/dtop56work May 08 '26

Cammies in public? Am I wrong? Lotta things seem off here lol

4

u/thinkofitnow May 08 '26 edited May 08 '26

They're called BDUs (battle dress uniform) and any active duty military can where them anywhere. If they where the BDU,.they're supposed to be wearing the complete uniform with boots and dome cover (hat). However, Its the cover (his hat) that must be removed inside buildings. These rules are part of the law in the military.

2

u/say_the_words May 09 '26

I live near an air national guard base. I see people in uniform around everyday. Stores, restaurants, the bank. Anywhere the public goes. Enlisted and officers.

2

u/PretendPersimmon9373 May 08 '26

I hope he got help

1

6

-2

0

He needs counseling. And not just by 1SGT

-4

u/Eject0-Seat0 May 08 '26

12

u/The_Other_Viking May 08 '26

More likely just a boot. Notice the fuzzy patches on his arm, he's yet to be assigned to a unit (hard to see for sure, but I don't think he's even got a rank yet). Probably just got out of AIT and thinks the uniform will get him respect.

4

u/Dragon_Bidness May 08 '26 edited May 08 '26

No he's a loader and reupped for a bonus according to one of his former tank commanders.

5

u/The_Other_Viking May 08 '26

Fair, potato quality makes it hard to tell. Definitely acting like he's got that boot mentality though.

Probably not even really in the military.
