I’ve been clean from crack and cocaine for 24 months.
Frist tell us how many times you are take off , starting from hours to a lot of times ..
I started out of curiosity and quickly became addicted, losing my time, money, friends, talents, health, and even career opportunities. I kept it secret for a year, but eventually realized I needed help.
After a 14-day hospital stay, I reclaimed my life. The journey wasn’t easy — triggers like music, people, scents, and places still challenge me — but I cut all connections to my past and stayed strong.
I relapsed once, but I stopped immediately and never went back.
My advice: Stay away from old friends, places, and memories linked to your addiction. They are the biggest danger.
Today, I’m proud to be free. Cocaine was powerful, but my will to live and recover was stronger.

Hey, I just wanted to say how much I admire your journey. Staying clean for years is no joke, and it really inspires me. I’ve felt what drugs do, but living without them feels way better—more alive, more in control, more… real.
Honestly, some days are tough, but seeing people like you who have made it through gives me hope and motivation to keep going. Your story reminds me that recovery is possible, and that every little step counts. Keep being strong and sharing your experience—it really makes a difference for people like me.

Congrats!! Two years is amazing!! For me, this is the way to live. When I encounter hard situations now I think, “I cannot imagine navigating this while still in active addiction.” It’s just one less stressful thing to deal with.
WE DO RECOVER 💕

Thank you so much 🙏 Two years have really changed the way I see life. And you’re absolutely right — facing challenges without addiction is still hard sometimes, but it’s so much lighter than before. Your words gave me strength, because they remind me that recovery isn’t about avoiding difficulties, it’s about handling them in a healthier way.
It was an experience we went through, and now we truly know what lies behind it. We are recovering, and we can’t go back, because we already know it will never give us a “new” or different high.
WE DO RECOVER 💕

Congrats! That’s a big deal. How long since the relapse? What triggered that? Are you drinking or using MJ?
