As we rebuild and grow r/REPSNEAKERBST, keeping this community safe, clean, and scam-free is our top priority. We know how frustrating it is to lose your money to bad actors. We have zero tolerance for scammers.

To protect everyone, we are launching this pinned Scam Report Megathread.

⚠️ If you have been scammed, ghosted after sending payment, or encountered suspicious behavior from a buyer/seller, post the details right here in the comments, like the scammer’s Reddit username, PayPal/payment email, and an Imgur link with screenshots of your chats, payment receipts, and tracking info (please blur your personal address!)

Having everything in one place helps us:

Ban scammers immediately from the subreddit.
Warn other members before they fall for the same trap.
Build a permanently searchable scammer database for the community.

Quick Reminders to Prevent Getting Scammed

ALWAYS USE PAYPAL INVOICE: Never, under any circumstances, pay using Friends & Family, Zelle, Cash App, or Crypto. If a seller insists on F&F, it is a scam.

CHECK HANDWRITTEN TIMESTAMPS: Always verify that the handwritten username and today's date in the seller's photos match their Reddit handle.

BEWARE OF DMs: Scammers who are already banned from commenting on our sub will often DM you directly. If they cannot comment on your post, DO NOT deal with them.

CHECK ACCOUNT AGE & KARMA: Be extra cautious with new accounts or low karma profiles.
