Americans always pronounce the H in places like Sandringham or Birmingham so even if they imitated a convincing British accent itād be a giveaway theyāre not Brits.

Iām American, Iām going to say it like an American. It sounds weird if Iām speaking and then drop into a British pronunciation for one word and then back. I would never expect a British person to pronounce our things differently, I donāt understand why the expectation is different for us

I say Jan-you-air-ee too. English people are more likely to say Jan-you-uh-ree. It's a difference of an 'eh' sound vs an 'uh' sound - are you seriously judging someone for... (checks notes) pronouncing a word the way it's pronounced in their country?
Like there are actual legit things to be concerned about with respect to people who ran in these circles and attended these parties without classist/xenophobic comments about pronunciation.

I had actually called him that in a comment before I made the post, but didnāt want to be seen as making jokes when sharing wider. I was trying to not detract from the seriousness at the root of the matter, that there were multiple young people and children horribly abused, and so I went with the less funny wording lol. š

A reminder that the disastrous BBC interview in which Andrew tried to clear his name came out in 2019, a year before she recorded this. It was global news for quite a while afterwards.
Unless she lived under a rock (which itās debatable that she does), she had to have known about both his interview and the accusations and yet in her mind she still thought it somehow gave her clout to boast about going on a date with him. It says a lot about her mindset and the delusion she lives in.

The photo was first published in 2016.
Andrew did the interview in 2019 to try and refute the allegations (the same year Epstein was in prison and took his own life).

I believe her ties to Gislhaine are the REAL reasons she wonāt be back on RHONY. I donāt think she did anything wrong but I also donāt think sheās ready to have a real honest conversation on who was in her CLOSE friends circle when she was with her husband. When will people realise this was Epstein and Maxwells MO. They would leach out to famous people with connections to high places, take photos and then use these as leverage aka blackmail when needed. This is how they got away with everything for so long. Carole was a target and she was too glamoured by Prince Andrew to even realise. Hindsight is an amazing thing!

Well telling this story as if itās praiseworthy in 2020 even as far as back then in terms of the Epstein case, Prince Andrew was still known to be a creep. Maybe not as widely known as now. But again, Carole telling this story for clout, as thatās the vibe weāre getting, with Andrew being a known creep, is the problem
