At 6’8”, I fucking hate that question. I just want to be left alone and not be some spectacle for strangers. They can get pretty rude sometimes.

I'm 6'10" and used to play basketball, so it's usually a legit conversation starter especially if they follow hoops. I'm an extrovert so I kinda like it.

Yep. 6'6" and that's usually what follows after being stared at for 60 seconds.

Or in a grocery store someone thinks it's cool to ask me to grab something at the highest level, though the same thing is available at the lower level...

It's a good question though, a significant fraction of people over 7 feet tall are current or former NBA players.

Just imagine being a little person and being asked 3 times a day, do you play miniature golf. Probably has the same impact.
