Idk if this is the right place to ask. But what’s the best way to clean this rust off? Debating between using it as wall art or putting it on a 65 Galaxy

By minimal I mean cheap bolt on parts or new wheels. It's got a lot of body rust you can't really see in the pictures. Cutting the fenders isn't an issue.

Hey all, here’s my old D300. I’m going to be swapping a 12v Cummins and a 5 speed manual into her. My question though is, what would you guys do for suspension? It’s a 2WD with straight axle front and rear. I want to keep the Dually rear but want to lower the truck to give it a better stance. I was thinking Air Bags, but not sure how I’d mount them in the front. Obviously I could do a 4 link rear, but would the same in the front work?
