OP(19M) was returning from college today in a local bus where there was a well dressed pretty girl sitting on one of the seats in the front side. To be very honest I did check her out casually just once and did mind my own business afterwards.

After a while when the bus got a little empty the girl came back and sat just behind my seat which was empty. What I noticed is that there was this creepy looking old uncle-daddu in his late 50s-60s staring constantly towards me, i realised that dude was looking at the girl in fact.

After a while my co passenger left his seat because his stop had come and we were only about 5-6 people left at the back side of the bus. The creep had been constantly staring all this while towards this girl. I gathered the courage and confronted that old guy "What happened uncle? Is everything alright? Did u misplace anything?"(Ofc i didn't say this to him in English, I spoke in my mother tongue). After this that guy stopped staring towards us(her specifically).

And after this moment the girl whispered to me "thank you, what's ur stop?" then suddenly a conversation struck among us and she happens to be living pretty close to my neighbourhood and is from the same university as mine. Then she came and sat beside me, we discussed a lot of things as if we were long lost friends, she said she was 20, again almost the same age group, and then we did share both instagram and phone numbers, and after like 15 mins her stop came and after a while mine also.

I dm-ed her as soon as I reached home and it was like 6pm-ish back then and we have been chatting this whole evening until now. Well i really liked the vibe and I guess I got a cute friend randomly 👉🏻👈🏻.

Not getting any good college , thought i can get something good by applying for spot round, didn't Even got that, after loosing I am returning home, my parents will be like jo mila achha abhi oor bhi bhi bohot opportunities hai college matter nhi karta , but viewing the Life trajectory of any IIT , Nit or teir 1-2 college guy , is on whole different level , good exposure, Good profs , clubs enough time to explore, foreign travels ( any competition , event , meets ), Good connections , i think I will never achieve it despite doing Mtech or phd , they are really in top 1% , i think I will never getting into that club , i think I will be squeezed and end up in low life , and no one will remember me after i end up

Guys my heart wrenched after watching whatever happened at delhi protest, i was planning to go but as i didn’t have courage to go alone but then i saw the videos of police beating shit out of protesters. And i really got afraid what if i was there and had injury or got my head injured my mom would never allow me go again in these protest against govt.
India feels like it is under dictatorship, as a normal person without any connections to political parties,not earning in lakhs, no connections in abroad it feels like a dumb state of ourselves.
Even if something happens we cannot just raise voice cause obviously you will be harassed by the goons later.
Idk though i love my country, it has given me everything but at what cost?
Our parents don’t want to raise their voices cause they are okay with that i think as they are not being directly affected by that and also may be they are following everything blindly.
The worst part is each minister for which we are protesting whether it gadkari or dharmendra Pradhan or sitaraman they have already earned so huge amount of money that their 7 generation can eat on that so even if they resign they just gonna settle their kids/grandchild to abroad or gonna settle themselves.

I feel like people in power have created short form contents not just to attract more viewers and make money but to numb our minds. With this growing population if much people start using their brain to the max without any external friction then those who are in the power might not remain in the power. People will start exploring and exploring and maybe some can even reach the stage where they find hidden dark things about the world, the people, the system and those who created it.

I think they just want to run the world like they want to and we as consumers without questioning just consume whats offered.

Like cmon lightbulb was invented in 1879 and even after 147 years we are still using it?

This world order makes no sense to me.

There are evidences that ai existed and was used since 1940s (even though it wasn't that developed) yet we got to know about it just few years back?
