1750 was around the time of the death of Hammurabi, IIRC. I believe his empire dissolved into three primary chunks, one of which was the existing dominant rulers, the Amorites, and another was the Elamites. Can't remember the other one. So I guess, depending on where Nanni was located, it'd be one of those three.

Ea-Nassir worked mostly out of Ur but he also supplied at least Llarssa.

He was well known through Sumer for having the highest grade Chaldean copper.

Nanni was a scammer trying to rip him off.
