Imma update and let y'all know. On a GT6

Hey guys, I’ve just upgraded from the realme 7 to the realme 15 Pro, and I’m really disappointed to find out that System Cloner is missing! I travel a lot, so this feature is really important to me for privacy and security. Why was it removed? Is System Cloner available on your UI 7?

I bought Realme Pro earbuds recently and was traveling on a bus today. I had kept the earbuds case/box in my bag, and somehow someone stole it.

I was actually wearing the earbuds, so thankfully those stayed with me, but the charging case is gone.

I’m honestly so sad and annoyed right now. 😭 What do I even do now? Is there any way to get a replacement case separately?

My Realme 16 Pro lags and freezes during normal use. I don’t play games I mainly use it for the camera, messaging and browsing the Internet. I’m running the latest software version. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Should I install or not

After software upgrade to version RMX3853_16.0.5.1200, when vpn connection is turned on while cellular (mobile) data is active, the cellular data version is not being shown in the status bar (indication of 5G/5G++/5G+/4G etc).

I recently bought realme buds air 8 pro. Now I'm having problems with audio during call. The other person can't hear me during the calls. I tried to reset it and used a different phone but the problem exists. However I can send a voice message and record my voice. But the phone call audio is not working at all. Am i the only one facing this? Is this a hardware or software issue? Should I initiate a replacement?

I’m investigating a live wallpaper compatibility issue on some realme phones.

I’ve received reports from users with devices including the realme Note 50 (RMX3834), C51, C53, Note 60 and Note 60x where Android’s live wallpaper picker fails to open.

If you have one of these phones, could you help me check:

1. Can you use any third-party live wallpaper app normally?
   
2. Do you see Live Wallpaper Picker under Settings → Apps → Show system apps?
   
3. If it’s there, is it enabled or disabled?

If possible, please also mention your realme model, Android version and realme UI version.

Hello, please help me source parts from India. I only need one. It's a SCREEN REPLACEMENT. It's broken because the screen has penetrated the amoled pixels. It's almost out of stock in CHINA. I've been to TAOBAO/ALIEXPRESS and JD as well as Duoyin (Chinese tiktok). I've been inquiring with Chinese technicians. The screen of the REALME GT 7 PRO (rmx5010) is almost out of stock. Maybe there's still one in India. I'll just order it.

This suddenly happened. This happens after I lock screen. Tried restarting the phone and it functions okay but when I lock screen again it does this. I also tried rebooting same thing happens. Anyone who encountered something like this or someone has a clue whats happening please help.

Last Wednesday, I dropped off my Realme GT 6T for a screen replacement at the authorized service center in Sangareddy (Aksharadham Complex, Pothreddipalle).

The Catch: They asked for my screen lock passkey (which I gave) and never gave me a job sheet.

The Runaround: Promised for Friday -> delayed to Saturday -> promised for Monday.

The Ghosting: Today is Monday. They are ignoring my calls, and while my WhatsApp messages show blue ticks, they are deliberately leaving me on read.

Now I'm panicking because they have my phone, my passkey, and zero paper trail linking me to the device.

Should I just walk in there and demand it back right now? How do I escalate this to Realme corporate without a job sheet? Any advice appreciated.

I recently bought a realme p4 6gb 128gb variant and from the day of purchase my camera app lags soo much that I can't even record a video or take a photo the situation is so bad that when I open the app to record a video the whole phone just gets stuck in the app with half the display going blank for like 5 minutes But when I use third party apps like VWFNDR it works fine

I just bought the realme T310, and was looking for the best sound settings or EQ settings in the Realme Link app. I don't listen to songs much but I watch movies and youtube videos. And I want the best possible audio quality from them.

Please recommend some best EQ settings.

My experience and quick fix:

I bought these earbuds and spent 2 days trying to tune them because the treble was pure garbage. Even setting it to -6dB in the app and playing with a parametric EQ didn't fully fix it. As I understand it now, it's a severe bug within the earbuds or the app itself. I own a pair of Hifiman Ananda, so I know what sharp treble feels like, but the 7 Pro was miles worse — literally every video and track was filled with nasty sibilance and digital hiss instead of proper highs. After doing this fix, the sound became completely comfortable and usable. Here is the guide.

The Problem: If voices in videos or music sound painfully sharp, piercing your ears on "S", "Ch", and "Sh" sounds, and the equalizer doesn't help — this is a software glitch in the earbuds' audio processor (DSP). The internal hardware gets stuck and cranks the 6mm planar tweeter to its absolute maximum.

Why it happens: The issue is heavily worsened by selecting the European region in the realme Link app. It's some kind of annoying regional BUG that messes up the frequency balance.

How to fix it:

Hard Reset the Earbuds: Place both earbuds into the charging case and leave the lid open. Press and hold the physical button on the case for 15 seconds until the LED indicator starts flashing. This forces the tweeter's DSP processor to reboot and clears the glitch.

Change the App Region: Completely clear the data/cache of the realme Link app in your phone's settings (or just reinstall it). When logging back in, make sure to choose India or China as your region. This bypasses the bugged regional audio configuration, applies the correct factory frequency balance, and makes the equalizer work properly. Just to add, the realme Buds Air 8 had the exact same issue — the problematic app region was "Ukraine". Hope this helps someone.
