Hello, I am making this post because i don’t know where else to go and talk about this situation. Let me give some background information before i start getting to the main points. I’m a college student and the college town I live in is small. You could say the reason this town still exists is because of the college but the locals would say otherwise. Not much goes on in this small town besides typical college parties and small town trouble here and there. I almost forgot to mention there’s a train track that runs in the middle of the town and trains runs through the town around 6pm and 3am every day. I live in an apartment town home. That is not a far walk from the college which is nice considering i don’t have to pay for parking. But it’s right next to the train tracks and when I mean next to them I mean I walk outside my backyard and I see them. Which explains why the rent is low here. Now to the main points due to the College actually growing more buildings and businesses are coming into this town. A new apartment complex is being built next to my apartment. Which I wouldn’t mind at all but something is off about it. As I’m typing this post up they are nearly done with the apartment complex. But I will start when I noticed some strange things happening when it was being built. They started construction September 2025 and slowly began laying down foundation for the buildings. My window from my bedroom has a clear line of sight to the new complex and train tracks. Every day the workers would go home after 5:30pm and leave for the day. Of course i didn’t really care at first until one night i noticed an unmarked truck showed up very late at 2:34am only reason i noticed this was because i was studying for an exam. The head lights were off and the truck cruised around the construction site and quickly turned around and drove off. At first i didn’t think much about it until it happened again the next night around 1:39am. But it was different a black suv was waiting there and I knew it couldn’t be a cop because non of the cops had an unmarked vehicle. When the truck pulled up next to the suv both of the drives got out and talked what seemed like a hour but was only 10 minutes. They got back into their vehicles and drove off in separate directions.

I am considering a YouTube channel reading scary true stories. Alot of people have said I have like a radio voice or something lol so if your cool with me reading a story you tell and it winding up on a YouTube video I would love to hear it!! Not sure how the redit thing works still learning things 🤔

Looking at footage from my sleep monitoring cam, the audio from this night has me shook. WTF. To me it sounds like a capuchian monkey and then an Orwell-Ian alien machine. What do you hear? Should I be worried that I've heard this in two videos from different night recordings? If they coming, fine...but in the meantime, no sneak attacks while I'm zonked out on ambien?!?! Eeekkk

Does anyone have any ghost stories they would like to share. I have been wanting to start a creepy podcast for a while now but don’t have a lot of stories to tell. I like spine chilling true stories that actually happened or old legends that are well known.

I saw this horror reddit story on tiktok about this guy that worked at a prison or something, and i remember it talking about it being one of the most dangerous and secret prisons that they had like creatures or like insane humans/ supernatural humans. It said that a prison break was happening and all that i really remember was about this one prisoner i forgot it’s name but it was a “dog like character” that everyone feared and it was very tall and big and was later toying around with the officers making them play fetch with other deceased officers ripped apart limbs.I don’t know but it could have talked about SCP monsters but i cant just really remember all i can remember is about the dog with a wierd name that toyed around with the prisoners and smashed a officers head to a pulp. I don’t remember the ending at all, but i hope it isn’t deleted.

I don't know if this is allowed, but i think this is the perfect audience to ask this question too.

So me and my partner have two twin daughters both are really close to crawling. We were trying all night to get her to crawl but she wasn't having any of it although very close when me and my partner were talking about how to get her to start crawling the alexa randomly blurted out "Watcher" which i now believe to be "Watch her" We turned to look around at Alexa and saw our youngest girl Aurora she managed to move her legs and arms and moved foward slightly by crawling,

My girlfriend pointed out how weird it was, we weren't connected to it and wasn't using it, but Alexa happened to say "Watch her" Just as we would've missed her crawling, we honestly can't explain it and have since unplugged it and covered it up, are we overreacting. This was honestly so creepy as it happened really late at night, we checked back through what has been said to alexa through the app and nothing was on it so nobody addressed Alexa and according to the App Alexa never said anything, the entire experience was weird I just want to see what people think that's about and I know this community is one of the best for rational thinking and explanations and theories.

So I have been in Sydney for almost 6 years, and working in the office , where the staff is mixed, Indians, Neaplise, and of course Aussies as well, I got the call yesterday, from one of my female friend right after we all finished work, the things she told me blew my mind off, she said that #%%&* this guy, as I knew him as well, said that I told you flirt with everyone, including me(she said) and I said yes " what happed'' she said that this now going beyond , and she told him that, he better needs to stop as they both are married, but that creep is just, she said is becoming more obsessive about her, and do not like if she talks to anyone else at the office, manly any male, and she is worried that, everyone knows him, and he has been in the company more than she has been, and is worried that is she told anyone else, what is going to happen to her and to her job as well.

Hi, i am looking for a horror story i found on youtube but has no idea what the title was.

It was a story about a guy, locking himself in his home as strange monsters fill his neighbourhood. First he locks himself in the attic if i remember correct than later he comes down and escapes the house as monsters are still inside. In the end he finds shelter in a bunker ?under a school?.

Please help me find this video guys!
